Why DPI exists.

DPI helps diaspora buyers make safer property decisions through clearer guidance, stronger public proof, and a more direct path to ask questions before committing money.

Mission

Reduce guesswork before money moves.

Too many people make major property decisions through fragmented messages, unverifiable claims, and limited on-the-ground visibility. DPI exists to narrow that trust gap with clearer routing, public evidence, and direct support.

Model

Public education + direct support.

The platform combines open education, public reviews, evidence, and direct inquiry channels so that people can move from general awareness toward action with more confidence.

Founder statement

From witnessing scams to building a trust layer.

Noanah Malati studied Engineering Science and Quantitative Economics at Smith College. She founded Diaspora Property Intelligence in April 2025 after witnessing how easily diaspora buyers could be pressured into risky decisions through incomplete information, social pressure, and unverified claims.

DPI grew quickly because the problem was already real. Families were asking the same questions again and again: Who is legitimate? What should I verify first? Who can I trust on the ground? The business was built to answer those questions more clearly and publicly.

The goal is simple: help people ask better questions early, surface evidence sooner, and reduce the cost of blind trust in property decisions made from abroad.
