Do not send money to anyone claiming to represent DPI unless verified through official DPI channels.
Do not respond to random DMs claiming DPI sent them.

Buyers should conduct independent legal and financial due diligence.
Scammers will be removed immediately.
Members who spam, pressure buyers, or solicit payments may be removed.
Required acknowledgement
Before submitting your buyer intake, you must confirm:
“I understand that DPI community access does not replace independent legal, title, financial, or property due diligence.”
Why we don’t share group links publicly
Public WhatsApp links attract scammers and fake admins. DPI reviews each member manually so verified buyers stay organized in private rooms protected from impersonators.
